On Wednesday, the 11th of November 2009, the presentation of the Guide “The conditions of licensing of medical assistance provided by private health institutions” took place. This presentation is an outcome of the Workshop which took place on the 21st of May 2009 whit the same generic.
The author of the Guide – Mrs. Aliona Turcanu presented in this Guide the Legal Framework regarding the conditions of licensing which will help NGOs to operate more efficiently to fulfill the conditions needed to get the license in order to provide medical services. This guide includes the following topics:
- The Laws and Government’s Decisions regarding the provision of medical assistance by the private health institutions
- The legal grounds (normative acts) required from the organization in order to obtain the license
- The set of documents of the Commission for Accreditation which represent the basis for activity of the services providers
- The legal grounds (normative acts) needed, as well as the conditions and the mechanism for contracting
- Information sources
